REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

There are no complaints about quality. But the length confused me. I could not make up for this scarf so that it looked like a picture-the sleeves are short, and he's pushing his neck. To wear it carelessly on my shoulders, I'll just have to put my hands in my sleeves, nothing around the neck is turning around. In the photo, examples with callouts (my height is 167 cm). Opened the dispute and returned half the amount. Four stars bet for it: If you buy and you scarf will be small, can refund money

I liked it! A little crackle. i'm 164 and weight 68, I'm fine in size. she took a poncho for a fur coat. I did not wear it yet, but we have a spring on the Kuban, I do not wear a fur coat! :) I recommend!
